It was just a solid selection for a getaway in Madrid with very good value for money. The reception is open 24 hours and the staff were friendly, helping with directions. Bring a kettle if you enjoy making tea in your room.

The location was perfect, just steps away from shops and restaurants. We took the grandkids to see a show nearby, and it was nice to have everything within reach. The staff were able to assist us at any hour, ensuring a pleasant stay.
My wife says that it would be great to have more noise insulation.

great location right next to gran via! love the clean and modern rooms. comfy beds and nice bathroom. staff were chill and helpful, gave us a city map on check-in. perfect base to explore madrid.
but the door bell was super loud and woke me up at night. also, no kettle in the room, which was a bummer.

The location couldn't have been better, with shopping and attractions within walking distance. The 24-hour reception staff were incredibly welcoming and always willing to help. the room was quite small and the beds could use more comfort. Noise from neighboring guests was noticeable, and a kettle for making tea was lacking. Despite these downsides, it was excellent value for the price, especially with clean facilities and a reliable internet connection.

Perfect spot for exploring Madrid!
Really enjoyed my stay! The location is just fab, right by shops and tourist spots. The staff were super friendly and helped with everything. The room was clean, but the walls are kinda thin, so heard a bit of chatter from neighbors. A kettle would’ve been nice for tea too.
